PAYMENT TERMS:  Net 30 days from the date of Invoice with approved credit. Prices are FOB origin.

CREDIT: All orders will be shipped C.O.D., or Cash in Advance unless open account has been established and maintained within the credit limit. Any invoice not paid within 45 days will be considered delinquent, all in-house orders and future orders will be placed on hold until delinquent invoices are paid. Griton reserves the right to impose a late  payment charge of 1.5% per month on any past-due unpaid balances.

ORDER POLICY: All stock items presented with item numbers listed in the price list are available in cartons.  For items that are not listed in the price list or listed with an asterisk (*), called non-stock items, they are  made-to-order. No cancellation or return allowed.

MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum order is $100. For order less than $100, there will be an additional $10 charged for processing fee. All broken cartons are subject to a 5% surcharge.

FREIGHT POLICY: Freight prepaid on order of $900.00 or more to one destination, within the 48 continental United States. All shipments will be shipped via routing of our choice. Requests for special routing or more costly shipments will be charged.

DISCOUNT: Quantity discounts are allowed for any combination of all items in the same category. All discount items are FOB origin

RETURNS: No merchandise return will be accepted without prior authorization from GRITON. The return items will be credited or replaced with new items. Returned items must be freight prepaid and are subject to a 15% handling charge to cover the restocking and repackaging cost.

SHORTAGES: If shipment arrived with shortages, notify Griton immediately. There is a five (5) business days from date of  receipt of shipment for your claim of any shortages. Griton will not be responsible for any claims thereafter.
